As an interdisciplinary storyteller and strategist, Tracy’s work focuses on narrative shift and exploring where meaning is rooted. She is the founder and principal at After Bruce and an independent filmmaker working across documentary, branded, and new media. Tracy co-produced the Emmy and BAFTA-nominated documentary, The Great Hack, and was the lead producer on the Oregon Health Authority’s Safe + Strong campaign, the best performing public health campaign of all-time on Twitter. Her directorial debut, Connection, world premiered at Big Sky Film Festival in 2020. She is the founder of Brown Folks Fishing, a Sundance Producers Lab alumni, a Redford Center Grant recipient, and was named one of Outside Magazine’s 2019 Outsiders of the Year. Tracy received an MA in Conflict Resolution from the Middle Institute of International Studies with a focus on restorative and transformative justice.
